"I Don't Have Time to Meditate"

Even busy CEOs of multi-million dollar companies make time to meditate.
You don't need to set aside several hours per week for meditation. It is
very possible for you to start reaping the benefits of meditation with
as little as 5 minutes a day.

Yes! That's right. You would be surprised at the
difference 5 minutes can make in your day.

You are just as important as everyone else.
You have a family to take care of, businesses to
run, chores to be completed, and work to finish.
It is much easier to do all of these things and more
when you are operating from a calm, clear, and
confident mind.

For most people, after they begin practicing meditation and seeing the benefits they actually want to do it more often and for longer periods of time.

My Experience:

When I first started meditating all of the following was happening:

-
A full time job that required me to drive almost two hours to work from New Jersey to Philadelphia
-
Married
-
My child was a toddler
-
Owned a small cleaning business which meant I had more work on nights and weekends
-
Regular life stuff... laundry, preparing dinner, cleaning house, family events, etc

The truth is, I couldn't afford to not meditate! Talk about an endless to do list. What I eventually realized is I was forcing myself through life, work, and chores without making a moment for myself. I thought that was what I needed to do in order to get things done faster, but ultimately things would have gotten done much faster and much better if I had taken a moment to relax so that I could think clearly.

It turned out staying up half the night and piling on things to be stressed about wasn't the answer for me.
It's not the answer for you either.
So, stop trying to convince yourself and everyone else that you are "too busy" to make a little time for yourself.
You have nothing to lose but your sanity if you allow things to continue as they are. Get this free eBook and start your meditation journey today.
Meditation for Kids

Picture this... Your kid is acting out. You just got home from work, and after sitting through 37 minutes of traffic, their behavior is about to push you to your limit.
You completely lose your patience. You raise your voice. You threaten unreasonable punishment and the situation goes too far. Then, you feel guilty because you know you overreacted.
There's a better way. Let's now imagine the alternative. Your child is misbehaving and you are already stressed out from a long day. Instead of impulsively reacting in a way that will make both you and your child more upset you remember that you have the control and can bring some calm to the situation by using meditation.

You gently guide the little one and ask him to join you for a short meditation session. As you both focus on your breath, you begin to let go of tension. You feel yourselves becoming calmer, more centered, and more at ease.

The tension you were feeling melts away and you are able to address the situation with love and compassion, rather than stress and impatience.
According to a six-week study by University of Washington...
Parents meditating with their children resulted in:

-
Parents had increased levels of mindfulness
-
Children displayed fewer negative behaviors
-
Parents were able to remain in the present moment ( i.e. focus on what was happening at that moment with the child, not what happened all-day long)
-
Parents showed an increase in their ability to manage their emotions
-
Children showed improvements in their social skills

How Meditation Can Help With Stress
What is the best natural stress reliever?

Without a doubt, it would have to be meditation. It is free to do, it can be done anywhere, and you don't have to spend any hard earned money to do it.

Meditation creates an inner sanctuary for you. A place within you can retreat to and find the balance you need to carry on with your day.

It certainly beats the alternative of holding stress in until you can't take it anymore and then exploding from pent up rage.

"Only Spiritual People Meditate"

Not exactly.
Yes, meditation was originally a spiritual practice conducted by priests, monks and the like.
So what?!
That doesn't mean you have to wear a bunch of crystals, use meditation bowls, and dress like a yogi. Feel free to do so, but it's not needed.
In our fast-paced world, meditation has emerged as a powerful tool that anyone seeking practical solutions can use.
Meditation for Beginners is full of insights on not just how to relax and relieve stress, but how you can actually change so that you can prevent stress from even happening!
We cannot eliminate all of the problems in the world and we still have responsibilities to take care of. Don't you think life would be a lot easier if when problems arise, you're in a much better headspace to deal with them?
What sounds easier, attacking life while you're tired, frustrated, mad as hell and stressed out to the max? Or tackling problems while you feel rested, calm, confident and way less anxious?
Don't wait. Click "Start Meditation Journey" to download your free copy of Meditation for Beginners and see the changes for yourself.
Happiness Doesn't Happen By Chance
Unfortunately, happiness doesn't just happen. Happiness is not a person that just shows up at your door and says "Were you looking for me?"
You have to create the happiness you seek. You have to take ownership of your day, your week, your month, your life and finally decide that you are tired of feeling frustrated, stressed, annoyed, tired, and mentally beat down by life.
You have the power to create the mental peace you have been searching for with meditation. Start your journey into peace. Download Meditation for Beginners and start living a more blissful life.
